36 mm Open end wrench (spanner) for Polar paper cutters. DIN 894, single end, black phosphate coated.  This wrench is normally used to move the jam nuts and turnbuckle nut on the pull arm assembly on many of the newer models of Polar paper cutters. Overall length is 11 3/4". (equivalent to Polar part number 205377)
